Bloody Mary Bar

This is considered a "hot take" by some, but there is nothing better than a Bloody Mary with all the fixin’s on a Saturday afternoon. While I love an occasional sweet treat, I’m definitely a savory girl and a Bloody Mary fits the bill perfectly. Over the years, my family and I have tweaked our recipe and have finally perfected it. The best thing about Bloody Marys is how versatile they are. You can add so many random things you keep in your fridge. Leftover pickle juice? Throw it in. Have a bunch of lemons you need to use? Great, add those, too. Want to give it a kick? Add some hot sauce or horseradish. We use bottled Bloody Mary mix and add in a few extra things to jazz it up. Our favorite mix is the Mr. & Mrs. T Bold & Spicy; it tastes homemade. The best part of this drink is all the options for accoutrements. We add enough garnish to make a whole meal out of it. It’s fun to set up a Bloody Mary bar for guests and let everyone garnish as desired. We usually pick up some peel-and-eat shrimp and set up some other snacky bits. Your guests will love it and it’s so easy: all assembly, no cooking. Set out the rest of the toppings, add some sodas and sparkling waters, and you’re ready to party!

  • Lemon wedges

  • Lime wedges

  • Celery

  • Pickles
